As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé’s tech, product, and data teams. Responsible for sourcing top-tier digital talent, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and directly contributing to our ability to attract and retain “A players.” Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define priorities, and design effective sourcing strategies.

As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of flexible talent acquisition within specialized practice areas, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality professionals to meet client demands. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on recruitment, providing the opportunity to engage with both senior stakeholders and candidates directly.

$80,000–$95,000/yr

As a key member of a small People team, the People & Talent Lead will play a key role in managing the recruiting function, and act as the employee-facing people operations point of contact for the business. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support on behalf of the People Ops team to all employees and contractors, as well as managing a conservative hiring plan. The Talent Acquisition efforts will be supported with ad-hoc TA screening support for the business.
